2016 ION Program Accepting Applications

The 2016 Institute on Neuroscience (ION)/Teach Program is now accepting applications. The 2016 program dates are June 5 to July 29.

Online application materials are available at the ION program website. All application materials must be submitted electronically or postmarked by Monday, February 22, 2016.

The Institute on Neuroscience (ION)/Teach is an eight-week summer program sponsored by the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) and hosted by Georgia State University, Emory University and the Yerkes National Primate Research Center. The program is seeking high school students who excel in science, as well as middle and high school teachers.

Applicants chosen for interviews will be selected in early to mid March. Those selected as 2016 ION Scholars will be notified by Thursday, March 31, 2016.
